The accounting professions require skills in Information Technology. In this course you will acquire these skills by developing a system that manages an online portfolio of stock and options worth $50m. Through this activity you will learn to access commercial databases with SQL, and to automate EXCEL processes with VBA (macros). Even more importantly, you will understand how business data flows through programs, networks, and databases.
